Vanishing Act is a lush, expansive and stunningly emotional piano piece that laces virtuosic expression with heartfelt feeling. The first single from VENDESTINY, the debut piano album of composer/pianist Kym Alexandra Dillon, the piece originates from a melancholic tune that first came to Kym at a train station at night, after which it blooms and swirls through imaginative variations, evoking the finding of refuge and solace through disappearing into a musical dreamscape.
